Mark Sutton, founder of Mark Sutton Ministries, has worked as a full time minister for more than 40 years. He and his wife, Donna, have 5 children and currently live in central Florida, where Mark teaches pastors and church leaders, both in Florida and in Haiti. Over the course of his ministry, God has blessed Donna and Mark in many ways:
- Graduate of Louisiana College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
- Missionary and church planter with the International Mission Board, SBC, in France
- Planted 2 churches, one of them in France, the other in south Louisiana
- Pastored a total of 4 churches, all of which grew significantly and more than doubled in attendance
- Elected president of the Louisiana Baptist Convention and served in that position for 2 years
- Author of 4 published books and more than 200 published articles
- Currently working with Haitian church leaders in Florida and Haiti, to give them theological education in French and Haitian Creole
- Working with new church plants in Haiti
- Partnering with “Rebuild Haiti,” a Baptist effort, to build houses in Haiti.
